Ingredients:

 1/3 cup Kosher Salt

 2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

 2 tsp Ground White Pepper

 1 1/2 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper

 1 1/2 Tbsp Ground Paprika

 1 1/2 Tbsp Ground Cumin

 1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder

 1 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard

 1 tsp Dry Thyme



















1. Mix all the listed spices thoroughly in a bowl.



2. Save for use throughout recipe.
