"Our deli product line includes turkey ham, turkey bologna, turkey salami, turkey pastrami as well as deli-style turkey breast. All these deli products are used at lunch and turkey ham is also featured at breakfast. We are focusing on the nutritional aspects of our foodservice program so we switched to turkey products because they offer good nutritional value plus a wide range of flavors. The ethnic make-up and dietary restrictions of our school population also requires we select proteins that are suitable for all our students."

"We build healthful choices into Sodexho's "Ultimate Deli" menu every day as part of the organization's Your Health Your Way station certification program. Roast turkey breast is core to our deli program. Customers will find a selection of accompanying healthful ingredients from which to build a healthy turkey sandwich such as whole grain bread, fresh and grilled or roasted vegetables, lower fat cheese and low fat spreads. It's all designed to make healthy eating simple and delicious.

Our handcrafted sandwiches are designed with flavor and built for speed. We use an oil browned roasted turkey breast as a core ingredient on our deli menu. We currently serve it in a Roast Turkey Ciabatta Club, which combines roast turkey, crisp bacon, Cheddar cheese, leaf lettuce, tomato and Dijon mayonnaise on a ciabatta roll."

"Our deli menu features several unique sandwiches and two of the most popular are the specialty turkey sandwiches using skinless turkey breast (a single lobe roasted breast with a dry rub of spicy Tex-Mex flavors) and an oven roasted turkey breast with crisp bacon, imported Swiss, sliced red onions, leaf lettuce and sliced tomato.
