Grilled Turkey with Southwestern Mango Chutney
| Ingredients |
| 3-3/4 Pounds HONEY SMOKED TURKEY BREAST, cut into thick slices |
| 1-1/2 Ounces olive oil |
| 1 Large red onion, chopped fine |
| 2 Cups Roma tomatoes, chopped |
| 1 Tablespoon jalapeno chiles, finely diced |
| 12 Large strawberries, cored and quartered |
| 2 Medium mangos, peeled and chopped |
| 1 Ounce balsamic vinegar |
| 2 Medium avocados, peeled and diced |
| 1/2 Cup fresh cilantro, chopped |
| To Taste salt and freshly ground black pepper |
| |
- Lightly grill turkey breast slices over medium heat. Hold warm for service.
- Heat oil over medium-high heat, quickly saute onion, tomatoes, jalapeno, strawberries and mango for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in vinegar.
- Toss lightly, remove from heat, gently stir in diced avocado and cilantro. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Fan 3 slices of grilled turkey on each warmed dinner plate and top with a generous serving of chutney.
